This is my response to some of what I read.
I’ll tell you this people, from a 53 year old man who has military blood running all over my family -- dad, for example, spent 30 years in the Army during Korea and Vietnam -- there comes a time to let go with the anger. Decade after decade after decade after decade after... goddamn it, leave the woman alone.
We take up our causes in our youth. And, many of us over a certain age hated what our government used to do, and forced our military to do.
Wait a fucking minute… the same shit is happening today. But, we are in a different time with different kinds of people in our America. Today, most of us are numb to war… and numb to the politics of war. Most Americans don’t give a fuck about the military. Most of us just want this war shit to quit!
And as long as the gun licking, NRA ass licking, twisted bible logic licking, right wing lunatic fringe white people are controlling this country we will still be at war with the rest of the world -- and ourselves.
This Jane Fonda anger… in 2012 -- remembering bullshit war bastard logic of death from a time of death and the color orange… fuck that shit. That is the past!
This is the daughter of Henry Fonda, for god’s sake. Leave her alone.
I sure as hell wish I had the status in life to give Jane Fonda a hug. Are you kidding me? Bill Maher… good for you, you lucky bastard!
